Best homemade tortillas in town. Friendly service and excellent food. Highly recommend

Such good food. Service amazing. The gentleman that brought us our drinks was super sweet. We absolutely love this place. Great setting. Great staff. Delicious food.

We were greeted when we entered as we walked in. Very welcoming. I like that. This will make or break my personal experience at restaurants. Service was excellent. Javier was kind and answered all my questions. Recommendations and accommodations are always a plus for me. While we were waiting for our food. The t.vs were playing movies, and we watched the tortillas being made by Christina. This restaurant is known for their daily made tortillas. The servings were big portions, and you get your moneys worth. We had both the flour and corn tortillas. It was made just the way I like them. The flour tortilla was massive. I ordered breakfast. Nopales, carnitas, and eggs with beans and rice. The beans and rice were perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. I liked it, and I only ate 1/3 off the plate I had a lot leftover for my lunch and dinner. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. The restaurant has two big rooms. Prefect for parties and events. They have happy hour, daily specials, and a place to watch the games. They have a full bar and a live mariachi band on Sundays. Overall experience

This food is amazing. Better than some of the Mexican food I had when I was in LA. It's a hidden gem as it's out of the way but always packed! They've had mariachis every time we've been there. The rice is good, the carne asada is bomb. I don't know what else to say except just try it!

This meal was fantastic. We had two fajita variations and a delish cocktail. The fajita plates were amazing. I really Liked the choice of veggies. The beans were sooo good. The guac was yum. They were busy for a midweek lunch but we were well taken care of. The homemade tortillas were so damn good. I want to go back and have quesadillas just so those tortillas can really shine. The restaurant has plenty of space and is decorated like a lovely cantina. We can't wait to go back again and try more of the menu.

First and foremost I must say that Nena's remains one of my favorite places for Brunch. Upon entering I hear one of my favorite bands, Mana this past Monday. That itself made my day. I was then greeted by a kind Señora who tells us we may sit anywhere. It was about close to 1 p.m. and a basketball was was on so we found no problem picking a table. I must say it's very clean and everyone is very friendly. The decorations both outside and inside caught my attention immediately. I was told there's mariachi on weekends so I'll definitely be back and try their menudo. I ordered a coffee along with green chilaquiles. Our waitress was very polite and she took care of us. Usually when we order via door dash there's a huge flour tortilla included per order. She asks us if we'd like a tortilla? I chose a corn tortilla and we received a total of three. Delicious everything from the fresh coffee, rice, beans, chilaquiles, salsa I was very pleased. Portions are huge and the green chilaquiles were a bit spicy but delicious. You may add on chicken or potatoes, both options are yummy. I went with the regular scrambled eggs with my chilaquiles, dollop of sour cream is included. I'll for sure be back and try the menudo or carnitas. A very big thank you to our server, Maria muchísimas gracias por atendernos. Todo estuvo de maravilla. I highly recommend also the machaca. Usually Nena's is my go to brunch via door dash every now and then. If you're in the mood for good Mexican food you can't go wrong with Nena's.

First of all, when it comes to the location... You wouldn't even know that this hidden gem was where it is. The quality of this food deserves to be showcased far and wide. The fajita plate was definitely worth it, and it had fries in it!!! Literally FRIES, in a fajita plate!! You already know I was definitely satisfied with the portions!!! The tortillas are bigger than the actual giant plates that they use at this establishment. They aren't your average flour tortilla, these are that special recipe homemade flour tortilla. Absolutely amazing to say the least! They did have a little live music session on one side of the restaurant as well to really get the ambiance going. The service was good, could have been a bit better, but I am not letting that take away from how good the food was!!! 5 out of 5 stars, I will definitely be returning here very soon.
